Air Fryer Pork Belly

Serves 4
This delicious and sticky Air Fryer Pork Belly is quick and easy. This hearty winter meal serves a family of 4 and is ready in under 30 minutes!


  • 1-1.2kg pork belly (found in Coles or Woolworths)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 rice pots/serves of rice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 red chilli for garnish (optional)


  1. Slice the pork belly into 2cm chunks
  2. Marinate the pork belly with garlic, hoisin and honey. Ensuring all sides of each piece are coated in the sauce
  3. Cook in the air fyrer for 25 minutes on 200 degrees. Cook longer if required (depending on the air fryer)
  4. When ready to serve, cook the rice pots as per packet instructions and top with the pork belly, spring onions and red chilli (if using)
