Auckland's Chef of the Year, Ed Verner of Pasture is rolling into town to offer a taste of his new bar, Boxer, joining our very own Luke Whearty of Byrdi!

Known for their pig crumpets, Ed's restaurant won Metro magazine's Restaurant of the Year.

Now, Ed has expanded (very slightly) to offer cocktails at an extension of Pasture called Boxer, and it's Boxer that Ed will be showcasing for Melbourne's keen eaters and drinkers this winter.

This is a seriously intimate affair, and one of a kind event. Seats are very limited, with only 30 available a night over two nights.

Ticket price includes a five-course cocktail and food pairing from Ed Verner at Byrdi, Melbourne Central.
