    • Proof of double dose vaccination is also required to access personal services, including hairdressers, beauty salons and community premises.

    • Check-in is still required at restaurants and entertainment venues via the Service Victoria app to show you’ve had at least two vaccination doses

  • Check In: Use the Services Victoria App and check in via QR codes upon entry to Melbourne Central and when visiting each retailer premises.
  • Be Kind: Be respectful to retailers and staff. They're working hard to provide a safe and enjoyable retail experience for all shoppers while abiding by Health & Government orders.

  • Practice Physical Distancing: Keeping a social distance of at least 1.5m metres is important for both the safety and comfort of all shoppers, staff and visitors.

We’ve also taken some extra steps within our centre to ensure it is a safe place for you, including:

  • Additional security, customer service staff and COVID-19 Marshals in-centre monitoring check ins, customer flow and COVID safe protocols.
  • Increased cleaning rotations and sanitisation services on top the heightened hygiene measures previously in place.
  • Refreshed COVID Safe messages in-centre reminding visitors of entry conditions and more efficient customer way-finding to help you navigate MC.
