Increased Cleaning: We have increased cleaning and sanitisation services with a focus on high traffic areas, frequently touched surfaces, food courts and amenities using hospital grade disinfectants and alcohol based sanitiser. In addition, we schedule daily deep cleans throughout the centre.

Hand Sanitiser: We have 64 free hand sanitiser stations  available throughout the centre including at entry points, dining precincts and amenities.

Social Distancing: Keeping a social distance of at least 1.5m metres is important for both the safety and comfort of all shoppers, staff and visitors. To help you safely navigate Melbourne Central, you will notice social distancing signage at high traffic points including lifts, escalators and food courts. Each store and dining venue will have specific capacity numbers as well as floor signage to help customers queue safely.

Hygiene: You will see hygiene signage in amenities and entry points to encourage Covid safe practices such as washing or sanitising your hands regularly.

Support Staff: We have additional customer support services and security staff to monitor social distancing and crowd management. Please visit our friendly team at Guest Services on Ground Level 1 if you have any questions or concerns upon your visit.
