Shopping Guide

We are excited to welcome you back in centre to enjoy our full range of stores and services from Friday 29th October at 6pm when the state reaches it's vaccination target of 80% double dose. 

In order to ensure all customers, retailers and staff can enjoy our centre safely, please see below for the latest government restrictions which must be adhered to when shopping with us.

ESSENTIAL & NON-ESSENTIAL RETAIL

In line with VIC Government restrictions (as of 29th October at 5pm) all retail is allowed to operate with the below restrictions:

• 1 person per 4sqm
• Customers must check in with the VIC Services QR code on arrival 
• Masks are required for all customers over the age of 12 years old 

RESTAURANTS & DINING

In line with VIC Government restrictions hospitality venues and restaurants are allowed to operate for seated service only with the below restrictions:

• 1 person per 4sqm indoors (up to 25 patrons for smaller venues), fully vaccinated patrons 
• All customers must be fully vaccinated
• Customers must check in with the VIC Services QR code on arrival and provide proof of vaccination
• All hospitality staff are required to wear a mask whilst working (both indoors and outdoors)
• Masks are required for all customers over the age of 12 years old when dining indoors

FOOD COURTS
 

• In line with VIC Government restrictions foodcourts are allowed to operate with the below restrictions:
• 1 person per 4sqm indoors
• Masks are required indoors, however, can be removed to consume food or drink.

GYMS

In line with VIC Government restrictions gyms and indoor sports venues are allowed to operate with the below restrictions:
 

• 1 person per 4sqm indoors. All clients must be fully vaccinated
• 1 person per 2sqm, capped at 500 patrons regardless of vaccination status outdoors
• Clients must check in with the VIC Services QR code on arrival and provide proof of vaccination
• All clients and staff over the age of 12 years old must wear a mask whilst indoors 

HAIR, MASSAGE AND BEAUTY THERAPY

In line with VIC Government restrictions personal services such as hairdressing, barbers, beauty therapy and personal care are allowed to operate with the below restrictions:

• 1 person per 4sqm
• All clients must be fully vaccinated 
• Clients must check in with the VIC Services QR code on arrival and provide proof of vaccination
• Clients and staff over the age of 12 years old must remain masked for the duration of the appointment

ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDERS

In line with VIC Government restrictions seated and non-seated entertainment venues including cinemas, theatres and music halls are allowed to operate with the below restrictions:
 

• 1 person per 4sqm (non-seated)
• 1 person per 4sqm, 75% capacity up to 1000 patrons (seated)
• All customers must be fully vaccinated
• Customers must check in with the VIC Services QR code on arrival and provide proof of vaccination
• All customers and staff over the age of 12 years old must remain masked whilst indoors
