Dale is one of Melbourne’s true insiders. In any pocket of the city, he can extract the amazing facts and historical insights that colour in Melbourne’s fascinating past.

After hosting popular walking tours that unearthed Melbourne Central’s industrial and architectural history during Shot Tower Heritage Week and One Day Shopping Festival, Dale is back with a new monthly tour series that promises to fascinate, delight and educate.

The Unlocked Tours will take place five times per day on September 28, October 26 and November 30, 2014. During these 45-minute tours, Dale will lead a small group from the base of the historic Coop’s Shot Tower up to our private rooftop, where you’ll get a unique perspective of the iconic Glass Cone. Along the way, you’ll learn more about Melbourne Central’s past, including Daimaru and the process of making shot.
