X' L/S Langley Shirt from Carhartt - $169.95

“This is a super nice shirt for work or a smart occasion. The print is classic and the cotton is really fine. Plus, it's not too girly; It reminds me of something I would see a guy wearing and say, ‘Hey, that looks good,’ but in this case, I get to wear it instead.”

Pink Padfoot shirt from Kinki Gerlinki - $79

“Famous for its highly embellished patterns and feminine cuts, Kinki Gerlinki has some’basics with a twist’, too. This pink shirt is one such example. Simple enough to wear everyday and if you look closely it has neat panelling and a feature button at the top as well. It's just a basic pink shirt, but Kinki Gerlinki always delivers on the finishing touches.”

Hangin Out earrings from Gorman - $79

“Coming into summer, these earrings are perfect for tropical-inspired outfits, and for being a bit over-the-top. I love this shade of orange, and the fine beadwork swings really delicately as you move. Fun, and quite elegant too.”

Spinning Vortex backpack from Crumpler - $145

“The life of a die-hard cyclist, unfortunately, is one that is committed to backpacks. Without wanting to return to the school-day angst of looking like a turtle, a well-designed back-pack is very important for both looking good, and carrying as many groceries as humanly possible on two wheels. This neat example ticks both boxes. It is a pleasure to commute with!”

Lobster tote from Gorman - $49

“A bold print is really important for summer and what is more vibrant (and delicious) than lobsters? The colour palette of this is really bold, which I am very into. It’s made from thick canvas (the good stuff), so I will be using this one for the beach and beyond.”

Alice’s hour-long Christmas Card workshop takes place from 6–7pm this Friday, 5 December at the Butterfly Enclosure in the Level 2 Dining Hall. The workshop is free to join, but spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Bookings will be open here until allocation has been exhausted.
